BELFAST – NORTHERN IRELAND

BONJOUR  A TOUS
HI EVERYONE
--------------------
Last year, end of September 2012, I came to Belfast from Paris for the first time. Of course, I have a lot of stories and experiences to share with you about arriving at the airport, how I failed from getting in a traffic accident; how I felt when I got lost at night and what I found in the streets very early morning the next day; how I could I immediately find a dentist for an emergency intervention; my thoughts about the future of this divided country, and so on. But the most impressive experience was falling, early morning Saturday 29, on a large group of people in uniform, armed with sticks. They were preparing to start with the Ulter Covenant Parade, a unique and grandiose parade I ever seen in term of motivation, organization, determination, and the beauty of  so many colourful music bands of men and women coming from everywhere in this country. I am pasting below for you some pictures and my spontaneous letter written in January 2013 when I was back home in Canada after a long travel from Belfast to Tokyo.   ( October 2013, Charles Phan-Hoang)

WHAT IS TUE-TU,
the Mind-Power-Brush practice?

TUE-TU, Mind-Power-Brush, is a method of training to explore one’s Inner-Power and to promote  personal-growth and self-healing. This method uses 26 Letter-Exercises –a creation of Tue-Tu- combined with the Six-liberating-sounds and the Six-symbolic-colors. Moreover, the practice of Six-breathing-techniques and the Six-postures tremendously add effectiveness to this art of Mind-Power-Brush in helping practitioners gain greater balance and self-confidence. Although this art of Tue-Tu uses the brush and some techniques of calligraphy it is not a school of calligraphy; no Chinese characters to learn, no skill in painting art needed.

Created in the 1980’s by Dr Charles Phan Hoang, a university professor of Research Methodology and a grand-master of Vietnamese martial arts, TUE-TU (wisdom and character) is definitely a unique approach to lasting personal-growth for everyone. Its motto: BE CONFIDENT, BE HAPPY.

THOUGHT (Blog 18 Oct. 2013 CLUB MASTER HOANG)
 AUTUMN SILENT VOICE
I feel very happy walking through a quiet autumn path enjoying this nice weather here, and I know somewhere in the world there are some unhappy guys trying hard to convince me that they are the only good guys and the others are all bad guys. I respect their own view on the world and their love for war. So I let them where they are to fight between them because I remember the famous Galileo Galilei once said: You cannot teach a man anything, you can only help him find it within himself.
On this occasion I wrote the following Autumn Silent Voice.

  Have a nice week-end
