NEVES LAKE BIRDS
Lake Neves is also known
as Lake Lappago. It is a reservoir located in the Valle dei Molini, amidst
the Zillertal Alps, a mountain range on the border of Austria and Italy. This
place at high altitude (1,857
m) is an ideal starting point for a hike along the
Neves High Route.
Recently Paola Binh-Lam
has visited this place and the beauty of this lake and these mountains inspired
her to spontaneously execute several exercises. In this Post 315 we share
with you an exercise extracted from the videos we received. We give a name
for this exercise as NEVES LAKE BIRDS (Part One) because its origin is from
the form FLYING BIRDS, a well known form in Viet-Chi disciplines.
We hope you will enjoy
doing this exercise, no matter where you live –in Europe, in America, Asia,
Africa- at high altitude or just at the sea shore. Life is wonderful!
