What
is Vietchidao? I
think I would say: It is a discipline that
focuses on the harmonious development of the body and mind, drawing on
foundational principles of martial arts, especially the VIETVODAO and VOVIET.
Although martial arts are studied in Vietchidao, the goal is not to learn how
to fight or to become an expert in martial arts for its own sake. Instead,
Vietchidao's guiding motto is "Be Strong, Be Helpful," which
emphasizes the importance of cultivating physical and mental strength in
order to serve and support others.
