Returning and taking energy inward
Successive methods of breathing. This exercise is likely a transition between two movements, but it is a Taking the energy inward process . The movement is executed slowly but firmly. The five sequences , as shown on the corresponding pictures, engage in the following methods of breathing:
Picture 16a . Inhale by method Tho-Nguc (chest)
Pictures 16b and c: Exhale by method Tho-Bung (belly)
Hold the breath for two or three seconds in the end.
