03 - HEEL Stance: Be responsible for your action The Heel Stance emphasizes the
concept of accountability and responsibility. Your heel often grounds you,
and controlling its position means controlling your action. The heel
symbolizes not only the foundation of your actions but also the
acknowledgment that your decisions and movements have consequences. Be aware that your actions impact not
just your outcome, but also your relationship with others and your
environment.

POST 707 7 - HIDING ON TOP OF A ROCK At the sound of rapidly approaching horse
hooves, with great agility Bao-Dan climbed onto a big rock situated next to
the path. He stretched himself out on a small platform so that no-one could
see him from below. Soon after, there appeared a group of seven horsemen,
marching in single file. The first one was a solidly built man with a square
face and high cheekbones, who had a keen and piercing eye. He was dressed in
black, wore a red headband around his head, and was armed with a long stick.
The jet-black coat of his horse together with his outfit gave him a
grim-looking physical appearance. The man in the middle of the group appeared
to be the chief. He was about forty years old and his air of authority gave
him a harsh looking face. His sword was on his left side while the others had
their swords slung across their shoulder. For Bao-Dan, the situation became
distressing when the group decided to stop for a rest and eat, just at the
foot of the rock. After some preparations, the group was eating and drinking
in silence. Bao-Dan could not observe them, but he was close enough to hear
their conversation. A few minutes later, one of them, certainly the group
leader, started to talk. "Tonight, we will arrive at Master Quy-Su
place. When we are at the fork of the path, Sieu, you will go ahead toward
his base-camp to announce we are coming. Thuc, you will continue ahead to
watch the path. Lam, you will stay behind as rearguard." All three associates acknowledged the commands
of their chief. From these orders, Bao-Dan understood that they did not know
about the death of Master Quy Su yet. After a moment of silence, the chief
continued his monologue: "I am relieved to meet Master Quy-Su
shortly. Now, I suppose that he has collected one hundred swords. The Sacred
Seal will soon belong to us. However, I am still concerned about the armed
conflicts between the Trinh and the Mac which are intensifying in the areas
close to Thang-Long. It is highly probable that the keepers of the Seal have
already left the citadel. Because of this situation, our task will not be
easy. While I am with Master Quy-Su to plan our actions, Sieu and Thuc, you
will depart immediately to Thang-Long. When you are there control the
situation and prepare for our arrival." (to be continued) |
