What is NOI-CONG CHI-LUC
Noi-Cong Chi-Luc is a highly practical training
program that combines a number of exercises for
inner-energy development (Noi-Cong) with dynamic external
training methods derived from the
discipline of Chi-Luc (training elite people).
TRAINING PRINCIPLES
Individuality. Training must be under the consideration of the
background of each participant.
Moderation. Do not exceed the capacity of our body.
Regularity. Regular
training is the key of success
Safety. Safety passes before any other considerations.
MYTH AND FACT
Myth. Noi-Cong is a secret training reserved to exceptional people aiming to
obtain super-power. Therefore at many martial arts centers Noi-Cong is not on
the program.
Facts. Many
movements and exercises of Noi-Cong are not secret techniques at all. A number
of exercises highly claimed as ‘secret, really reserved to exceptional
people’ are in fact lacking of foundation, others are not easy to put in
practice. Dishonest public demonstrators often use some tricks to impress
their audiences and claim that their ‘power’ come from Noi-Cong. In fact,
there are a number of exercises which are really good for training but they
are not organized in a way that facilitate a regular training schedule for
people living in modern society. Another fact is many black-belts in various
disciplines do not have the opportunity
to train any Noi-Cong themselves, consequently they avoid approaching
this subject with their students.
BAO-MOC TRAINING
We use one technique called BAO-MOC from the set of
TAN-VIEN-CONG techniques to train a special breathing technique in Noi-Cong
