POST 254
DAILY ONE MINUTE TRAINING: We offer you the posture EAGLE and SNAKE
here attached .
From the previous Post 253 we have received several answers and a
beautiful 'trompe l'oeil' picture from Luisa and another of Corfu from Paola; it’s a pleasure
to share all that with you in this post.
Receiving these pictures give us the idea to ask all of you to send us
(vietchidao@gmail.com) some MURAL PICTURES if you encounter it in your city or elsewhere; it would be a great occasion to all of us to admire ART in another specific field: THE MURAL ART.
I feel MURAL ART is not just Art. It is also social and environmental communication through images, and it is open to everyone who pass by, and it talk a lot about many different things right there or elsewhere.

(QUESTION in the previous post)Do you see it as a
painting on a wall, or as a wall covered by a painting in order to hide its
real nature?
ANSWERS.
Edio Tue-Chu. I
see it as a painting on the wall
Iva
Tue Y. For me it is a beautiful mural.
Every wall can be painted with a mural.
A beautiful mural can make more beautiful any
wall and any place. Thanks
Paola
Bình
Lâm. I see it as a beautiful painting done to beautify an ugly wall in a
context rather bleak. The subject
seems alien environment. I send you a photo taken in Corfu of a mural that,
however, in my opinion, is integrated with the wall and the context where it
was made, become part of the wall.

Hello GM ,
I think it's a
beautiful painting on a large surface .
If the author
had wanted to create an illusion it would at least have to cover the entire
surface , but perhaps he did not have a high enough scale or has not
completed the work ....
I enclose a
photo of a mural of Patrick Commecy , where I've
seen the intent to conceal the true nature of the surface .

HERE ARE SOME MORE MURAL PICTURES
FROM LA ROCHELLE (France), taken in May 2016.
