VISION AND TRUE MIND

VISION AND TRUE MIND
In this Post 253 I would like to offer you a new posture for your ONE MINUTE daily training (see picture attached): Posture VISION AND TRUE MIND.

Stay still for one minute in this position is somewhat a physical hard training if you do it for the first time. But keep your breathing deep and your mind focused on the mental aspect of this posture during this one minute  could be much harder a challenge.

TRUE MIND (Chân-Tâm)  is one subject among the most discussed subjects in the circles of Zen practice and Zen philosophy. Let people continue to discuss their way; we assume, for the purpose of our training, that True Mind could be the mind of vision, the mind which could help us see beyond the limit of what is presented to us: See the real nature of things.

Please see the attached picture (taken in Egypt 1993) and try to stay still for one minute in that posture.

I also attached to this Post 253 a picture of a mural painting I have recently taken at La Rochelle, a nice town in France. This is, of course, a beautiful mural, but the question is: Do you see it as a painting on a wall, or as a wall covered by a painting in order to hide its real nature?   (please give your answer via email: vietchidao@gmail.com)
