For this week the Exercise presented
in this Post 382 consists of the two Movements 11 & 12 (from the book Ha
Thu of Master Phan Hoang/ Amazon)

MOVEMENT 11 – HUU THU XUAT CONG
Training the Inner Energy of the right hand
Method of combined breathing. Inhale with the method Tho-Phoi while moving the
right hand, as shown on the pictures, then exhale firmly by using the method
Tho-Bung ( belly-breathing) when the right hand is pushing forward. This
exercise is a technique called HAI THUONG AN MA (Master Hai-Thuong preventing
diseases)
MOVEMENT 12 – HUU BIEN HAU NHAN
The monkey training at the right side mountain.
Successive methods of breathing. This
exercise is a very interesting work. The movement is comprises of seven
sequences, as shown on the corresponding pictures:
Pictures 12a, b and c. Breathing method Tho-Phoi with the following
phases:
Picture a: Inhale; Picture
b: Exhale; Picture c: Holding
breath.
Picture 12d: Inhale by
Method Tho-Nguc (chest)
Pictures
12e and f: Exhale by Method Tho-Bung (belly)
Picture 12g : Inhale by Method Tho-Phoi (lungs); both
hands rise low then high.
