You will find in this Post 507 a full version of the form quyen (kata) VO HA, The Summer, please see the attached pictures (taken in Italy, 2010).
This important form VO HA consists of four exercises 1-KHAI MOC, Exploring The Forest 2-HOA SEN , The Lotus Flower 3-SANG SONG, Crossing The River 4-RONG NUOC, The Water Dragon SYMBOLS and WISDOMS for these four exercises. 1- THE FOREST. In this form the forest symbolizes the source of vitality. From time to time it would be very beneficial for us to put aside all worrisome issues of life and stay quietly for a moment under some large trees. Mother Nature will help us to recover our strength and lucidity. The forest also symbolizes the immensity of knowledge; reading a good book is likely exploring a forest of knowledge.
