Monday 02 September 2019 On this occasion I am going to enjoy this nice day by doing some exercises, particularly the Contraction-Training Exercise P.411, at the nearby park, then I’ll walk for about 5km through quiet streets down to the grand shopping center Orleans Plaza. At this good place there is a new Starbucks Coffee and I want to see if they serve the Clover coffee (coffee made with the Clover Brewing System). From Orleans Plaza the bus 95 runs through the city center of Ottawa and goes down the hill to serpentine along the picturesque Ottawa River. I love taking this bus 95 that can bring me to different charming places in Ottawa. The pleasant ride could last over one hour. In this Post 411 I’d like to share with you a good exercise for Contraction-Training (LUYEN GONG) you might want to do for one minute every day during this week to build up your inner strength. METHOD OF LUYEN GONG
/CONTRACTION -TRAINING
LUYEN
- GÔNG ( luyện gồng) is a Vietchidao method of training to develop
extraordinary force (strength) both physical and mental. It consists of
contraction of muscles in/on different parts of the body while performing a
specific exercise. Each exercise must be repeated at least 9 times for obtaining
a good result. Breathing method:
Basically the Lung-Breathing-Technique is good to most cases while
Belly-Breathing-Technique (Tho Bung) could be applied for advanced training. (Phan
