Blog www.clubmasterhoang.blogspot.com POST 194  -March 25, 2015 SOME QUOTATIONS FROM CICERO. Do you remember the name of Cicero? Marcus Tullius Cicero (106 BC – 43 BC) was a Roman philosopher, politician. He is widely considered one of Rome's greatest orators and prose stylists.

A happy life consists in tranquility of mind. Art is born of the observation and investigation of nature. Force overcome by force. (Vi Victa Vis) Freedom is a possession of inestimable value. If you aspire to the highest place, it is no disgrace to stop at the second, or even the third, place. In so far as the mind is stronger than the body, so are the ills contracted by the mind more severe than those contracted by the body. It is a great thing to know our vices. It is a true saying that "One falsehood leads easily to another". Let your desires be ruled by reason.
